Kathie L. Olsen is an United States neuroscientist who is noted for her work in scientific policy. Between August 2005 and January 2009, she was the Deputy Director and Chief Operating Officer of the National Science Foundation, a United States government agency.[1] She serves on the Advisory Board of the Journal of Science Policy & Governance.[2]
