Description

Ball-and-stick model of a naloxone molecule, C19H21NO4, based on the crystal structure of naloxone hydrochloride dihydrate reported in J. Am. Chem. Soc. (1987) 109, 6675–6681 and available as CSD entry NALOXC02.

The experimental structure has been modified by deleting a proton from the amine nitrogen atom. The other species in the asymmetric unit (chloride and water) have been omitted.
