Summary

Description Native, yearlong-green, perennial, erect, tufted grass to 80 cm tall. Leaves are very fine, long, rolled and usually rough to touch; may be hairless to shortly-hairy. Found on rocky outcrops, westerly aspects and lighter textured well-drained soils. Most common where there is low ground cover and little soil depth. Highly drought and frost tolerant.
