Summary
DescriptionBustingorrytitan UDL.png
English: Bustingorrytitan is a lithostrotian titanosaur from the Late Cretaceous of what is now Argentina. Its weight is estimated around 70 t, making it one of the largest titanosaurs. Titanosauria have the largest range of body size of any sauropod clade, and counterintuitively includes some of the smallest sauropods. Bustingorrytitan's discovery alongside Argentinosaurus and Chucarosaurus, which are not especially close in relation, shows an example of convergent evolution, as titanosaurs evolved gigantic proportions multiple times.
