Wassergekühlter Reihen-Vierzylindermotor. 5,2 l Hubraum, Leistung ~ 30 kw (40 PS), Doppelzündung, 3-Gang-Getriebe. Harvey Allen Moyer produzierte zwischen 1909 und 1915 in Syracuse 410 Fahrzeuge, von denen nur noch 10 existieren.
