'''Arima''' is a parliamentary [[Social:Electoral district|electoral district]] in Trinidad and Tobago in the north of Trinidad, including part of the borough of [[Place:Arima|Arima]]. It is currently represented by Pennelope Beckles.

This constituency was created by the Boundaries Commission prior to the 1961 Trinidad and Tobago general election.<ref>{{Cite web|last=Supervisor of Elections|date=1961|title=Report on the Parliamentary General Elections 1961|url=https://www.ebctt.com/wp-content/uploads/Report-on-the-Parliamentary-General-Elections-1961-4th-December-1961.pdf|url-status=live|access-date=15 July 2021|website=Elections and Boundaries Commission|archive-url=https://web.archive.org/web/20210112131450/https://www.ebctt.com/wp-content/uploads/Report-on-the-Parliamentary-General-Elections-1961-4th-December-1961.pdf |archive-date=2021-01-12 }}</ref> In 2004, five polling divisions were removed from the district to create the constituency of D'Abadie/O'Meara and one polling division was removed to create La Horquetta/Talparo for the 2007 Trinidad and Tobago general election.
