==Design and development==
The aircraft was designed to comply with the US [[Engineering:Light-sport aircraft|light-sport aircraft]] rules, although it was never certified in that category. The aircraft is made from [[Chemistry:Aluminum|aluminum]] sheet. Its {{convert|10.0|m|ft|1|abbr=on}} span wing is supported by V-[[Engineering:Strut|strut]]s and jury struts. Standard engines available were the {{convert|100|hp|kW|0|abbr=on}} Rotax 912ULS four-stroke and a {{convert|125|hp|kW|0|abbr=on}} Continental Motors, Inc. four-stroke powerplant.<ref name="WDLA11" />
