Renders a flag icon and wikilink to Germany. This template is equivalent to {{flag|Germany}}, but is named after the standard three letter ISO 3166-1 alpha-3 country code for Germany as a shorthand editing convenience.
You can also use {{GER}} (which is a redirect to this template) because "GER" is the IOC code and FIFA code for Germany.
