CO-STAR is an iterative innovation management methodology originating from silicon valley.[1] The acronym stands for customer, opportunity, solution, team, advantages and results. It was introduced in a 2012 book by Laszlo Gyorffy and Lisa Friedman.[2] The methodology is being used by several companies, for example by INNOArchitects, IdeaScale[3] or the Swiss Post.[4]
