Cloud Chip

A cloud chip, or SCC chip, is a computer processor containing dozens of cores.[1]

Current Development

Intel, a major investor in cloud chips, as of 2009 was working towards releasing 100 of its experimental SCC chips to outside researchers to help speed up the development of this technology.[2]
