Pseudanamomis is a group of plants in the Myrtaceae described as a genus in 1956.[2][3] There is only one known species, Pseudanamomis umbellulifera, native to the Dominican Republic, Trinidad, and northern South America (Venezuela, Guyana and Colombia).[1][4][5][6]
