Sriman Narayana is a combination of two names of Vishnu, a form of God in Hinduism- Sriman and Narayana. Combining two names to for one name is a common Hindu practice. Similar examples include Ramakrishna, Harihara, and Shankaranarayana.

In Vaishnavite doctrine, Sriman Narayana is Brahman as per Vedas.

Shri refers to goddess laxmidevi and narayan refers to Lord Vishnu so shri mannarayan means my laxmi narayan and jai shri mannarayan refers to oh hail my Lord laxmi narayan
