Hazardia berberidis is a Mexican species of shrub in the family Asteraceae. It grows in both states of the Baja California peninsula in northwestern Mexico: Baja California and Baja California Sur.[3][4]

Hazardia berberidis grows in coastal and inland scrub and chaparral habitats. It a branching subshrub 30–60 cm (0.98–1.97 ft) tall. The plant produces one or several flower heads per branch, each head with both ray flowers and disc flowers.[5][6]
