Antex is an Italian company owned by FIS-Antex Group, which provides human resources and finance & administration services in outsource, headquartered in Milan, Italy.

History

Antex was founded in 1962 in Milan, Italy. During 1970-1990 the company expanded its employment consultancy activities, payroll outsourcing and development of in-house IT procedures. In 1993, Antex has acquired the administrative operations of Montedison Group. In 1997, the company took over the administrative operations of Olivetti-Omnitel (Vodafone) Group. Starting with 2006 Antex acquired the Siemens branch, responsible for personnel administration, this step enabled Antex to manage human resources using SAP. In 2005 as part of their strategy to go international, Antex affiliated with Antex International.

Organization

Antex serves over 1600 companies, the structure includes Antex Point Lombardia, a company specialized in personnel management and administration for small and medium-sized companies.
