EaseUS Todo Backup can back up data to a specific location including the PC itself or an external storage device connected to the PC.
Cloud backup
EaseUS Todo Backup connects with several cloud storage spaces by logging in with the target cloud space's info and getting approved[1].
Restoration
The backup file created by EaseUS Todo Backup is a pbd file. Within the software, it offers a restoration function.

Limitations
- File sync is not allowed.
- Can only restore backup archives and images made by EaseUS Todo Backup.
- Mail backup only supports Outlook email.
