Retail Systems Research, or RSR is an American market intelligence company focused on the impact of technology on the retail industry.[1]
RSR research has been mentioned by news institutions including The Economist,[2] The Wall Street Journal ,[3] USA Today, and National Public Radio,[1] as well as in industry publications such as RetailWire,[4] Retailers Magazine,[5] and Chain Store Age.[6]
RSR's partners,[7] Nikki Baird, Paula Rosenblum, Steve Rowen, and Brian Kilcourse are considered influencers in the industry, contributing to Forbes.com and giving interviews as subject matter experts.[8] [9][10][11][12][13]
Nikki Baird left the company in January 2018.
