Tridhya Tech Limited is an Indian Multinational Company which provides Software development, IoT, AI and IT services in all across the world. History
Tridhya Tech Limited was founded in 2017 by Ramesh Marand, a Software Engineer turned entrepreneur.[2]
In March 2022, Tridhya Tech invested and acquired 100% stake in ContCentric, a Gujarat-based IT services company.[3]
In the midst of global retrenchment in IT sector, Tridhya Tech distributed cars to its employees as gesture of appreciation and growth.[4][5]
In 2023, Tridhya Tech filed DRHP with regulator for Rs 35 crore Initial public offering.[6][7]
Recently, Tridhya Tech has announced 100% acquisition of Techno Infotech which provides web development and digital marketing services.[8]
