Adding section "Code Generation via Computer Algebra"

This content was actually in Wikipedia for a number of years until an editor decided to split the page on Automatic Programming and have content which included this description deferred to the page "Low-code development platform". However that content never reached that section. In short, valuable content was casually snuffed out because of editorial malfeasance.
