Community Blood Services was a New Jersey blood bank that collected blood donations, and offered cord blood banking and bone marrow registration and donations. Founded in 1953, Community Blood Services was a not-for-profit organization located in Paramus, New Jersey and is devoted to serving the community’s transfusion medicine needs.

Community Blood Services provided blood and blood products to 37 hospitals and medical centers in Bergen, Passaic, Morris, Essex and Hudson counties in New Jersey, as well as in New York City and Rockland and Orange counties in New York. Community Blood Services was a member of the American Association of Blood Banks and America's Blood Centers.
