The Georgetown Database of Cancer (G-DOC) is a web based platform that serves to enable both basic and clinical research activities by hosting and integrating patient outcome data with a variety of high-throughput biomedical research data types in a unified environment. The uniform handling of research data, coupled with a comprehensive set of analysis tools, is designed to maximize the bioinformatics leverage researchers and physician-scientists can bring to their projects.
