Vijaybhoomi University is a private university located in Karjat, Maharashtra, India . It was established in 2018 by an Act of the State Legislature of Maharashtra[2]. It is recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) under Section 22 of UGC Act[3].

Overview

Vijaybhoomi University was established on 17 December 2018 through the Vijaybhoomi University, Raigad Act, 2018[4]. Established as a liberal professional university[5], it offers undergraduate and postgraduate programs in the fields of business administration[6][7], commerce[8], engineering[9], law[10] and design[11]. The university pursues collaborations with ESCP Business School[12][13] and INSOFE[14].

Schools

It comprises of five schools, IFIM Business School[15], Vijaybhoomi Law School[16], INSOFE School of Data Science[17], Vijaybhoomi School of Arts and Humanities and Vijaybhoomi School of Design.

Accreditation

The university is recognised by University Grants Commission[18].
