The "Don't edit this line XXX" templates are a core part of the automated taxobox system, and so high use, but (As of January 2019), the tool did not count their transclusions, as they are only used from Lua.
Usage
Templates in the "Don't edit this line XXX" family are used to extract information from a taxonomy template (i.e. a template whose name is of the form "Template:Taxonomy/taxon"). They are invoked by calling a taxonomy template with |machine code=XXX
, since the first line of every taxonomy template begins

They are intended only for use by the automated taxobox system. They are mostly used from within Module:Autotaxobox.
