Vertex Venture Holdings ("Vertex Holdings") is a Singapore-based[2] venture capital investment holding company. It provides anchor funding[3] and operational support to a proprietary global network of venture capital funds, namely: Vertex Ventures China, Vertex Ventures Israel, Vertex Ventures SEA & India, Vertex Ventures US[4][5], Vertex Ventures HC and Vertex Growth. The firm focuses on venture capital investment opportunities in the information technology and health care markets through its global network of direct investment venture funds.
Incorporated in 1988, Vertex Holdings[6] is headquartered in Singapore, with the network funds based across key innovation hubs in Southeast Asia & India [7][8], United States , China , and Israel. Each fund operates independently with separate General Partnerships and investment teams that have deep knowledge and strong networks in their respective target geographies and sectors.[9]
