Agora Games is a video game development company based in Troy, New York that works with game developers to build online features and web-based communities for video games.[1] Agora was founded by Michael DelPrete as Agora Studios Inc. and grew out of an RPI project. [2]
Major League Gaming acquired Agora Games on August 18, 2009.[3] They were later acquired by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment who further expanded the team.[4][5]
Their software tracks game-play statistics for games including Call of Duty, as well as the Guitar Hero and Tony Hawk franchises and more.[2]
