Trinity, also ATS-1, is a supercomputer at Los Alamos National Laboratory in New Mexico, United States. It was built as the first Advanced Technology System for the National Nuclear Security Administration. As of November 2017, Trinity is standing at the 7th rank among the most powerful supercomputers in the world, after an upgrade with Intel "Knights Landing" Xeon Phi processors, while it debuted in November 2015 at 6th.[2][3]
