Organisms: Organism that can perform the process
Biological System: Main biological system involved.
Health: Health effects of the process.

  • Beneficial: The process befits the organism.
  • Harmful: The process harms the organism.
  • Unaffected: The process does not benefit nor harm the organism.
  • Variable: The process depends on conditions of the organism.

Action: The control of the process.

  • Voluntary: The process initiated consciously by the organism.
  • Involuntary: The process initiated unconsciously by the organism.
  • Voluntary and Involuntary: The process can be initiated consciously or unconsciously by the organism.

Stimuli:Cause(s) that can provokes the process to occur. (ex. pain, hormones, discomfort, pleasure, irritation, stress, toxins, injury)
Method: A simple description of the process.
