APT Group, Inc. is a holding company, which through its subsidiaries manufactures and distributes environmentally friendly recreational, utility, and power sports products. The company, through its subsidiaries, offers mini bikes, electric and dirt bikes, go-karts, and scooters. APT Group, Inc. was incorporated in 2012 and is based in Kansas City, Missouri.[2] The company recently became publicly traded through a reverse merger of an existing shell company.[3]
MotoVox
American Performance Technology's Motovox unit sells mini bikes, dirt bikes, go-karts and scooters[4] through traditional big-box retailers such as Sears, Kmart and Costco, as well as through internet retailers such as Amazon.[citation needed]
MotoVox is currently developing a line of portable generators.[3]
