In Inuit mythology, Pana was the god who cared for souls in the underworld (Adlivun) before they were reincarnated.[1][unreliable source?]

Pana, commonly referred to as the "Woman up there," is largely seen as a deity who resides in the stars. She is frequently associated with the Northern Lights which is known as the light of the gods that slips through the holes in the heavens.
