Role UAV
National origin China
Manufacturer Beijing Pilotless UAV Technology Co., Ltd.

PUT UAVs are Chinese UAVs developed by Beijing Pilotless UAV Technology Co., Ltd. (PUT, 北京普洛特无人飞行器科技有限公司), an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) which has traditionally been in the business of manufacturing UAV designs from other Chinese UAV developer, and providing subsystems to these other Chinese UAV developers. PUT has recently expanded its business in the UAV arena by developing UAVs of its own, which are marketed under PLT brand.

PLT01

The little known PLT01 UAV is the first member of PLT series UAV developed by PUT.[1]

PLT02

PLT02 is an UAV with twin-boom design with inverted v-tail and tricycle landing gear, and propulsion is provided by a two-blade propeller driven by a pusher engine mounted at the rear end of the fuselage.[1] Specification:[2]

  • Length: 2 m
  • Wingspan: 2.6 m
  • Max take-off weight: 30 kg
  • Payload: 3 kg
  • Fuel: 4 L
  • Cruise speed: 120 km/h
  • Endurance: 3 h
  • Typical endurance: 2 h
  • Ceiling: 4 km
  • Min operating altitude: 200 m
  • Rate of climb: 5 m/s
  • Take-off: taxiing
  • Landing: taxiing
  • Power plant: twin cylinder gasoline engine

PLT03

PLT03 is an UAV of conventional design with high-wing configuration and landing gear system consists of a pair of skids, and propulsion is provided by a two-blade propeller driven by a tractor engine mounted in the nose.[1] Specification:[3]

  • Length: 1.5 m
  • Wingspan: 2.4 m
  • Max take-off weight: 15 kg
  • Payload: 3 kg
  • Cruise speed: 100 km/h
  • Endurance: 2 h
  • Typical mission range: 50 km
  • Ceiling: 5 km
  • Min operating altitude: 200 m
  • Rate of climb: 5 m/s
  • Take-off: catapult or taxiing
  • Landing: taxiing
  • Power plant: 62 cc engine

PLT04

PLT04 is an UAV of conventional design with high-wing configuration and tricycle landing gear, and propulsion is provided by a two-blade propeller driven by a tractor engine mounted in the nose.[1] Specification:[4]

  • Length: 2.05 m
  • Wingspan: 2.5 m
  • Wing area: 1.02 m2
  • Height: 0.58 m
  • Rotor diameter: 0.55 m
  • Max take-off weight: 18 kg
  • Empty weight: 10 kg
  • Payload: 3 kg (standard) – 6 kg (max)
  • Cruise speed: 110 km/h
  • Rate of climib: 8 m/s
  • Max speed: 150 km
  • Endurance: 2 h (with max payload)
  • Typical endurance:2.5  h
  • Ceiling: km
  • Typical operating radius: 70 m
  • Take-off: taxiing
  • Landing: taxiing

PLT05

PLT05 is a hand-held electrically powered micro air vehicle (MAV) in conventional layout with high wing configuration. Propulsion is provided by a two-blade propeller driven by a pusher engine mounted behind the wing.[1] Specification:[5]

  • Length: 1.52 m
  • Wingspan: 2.11 m
  • Max take-off weight: 3.4 kg

  • Range: 50 km
  • Max wind scale allowed for operation: 3
  • Rate of climb: 3 m/s
  • Take-off: by hand or autonomous
  • Landing: autonomoous
  • Power plant: lithium battery

PLT06

PLT06 is an UAV with twin-boom design with inverted v-tail and tricycle landing gear, and propulsion is provided by a three-blade propeller driven by a pusher engine mounted at the rear end of the fuselage. What is unique about PLT06 UAV is that the twin boom are not attached to the wing as in most twin boom designs, but instead, they are raised from the fuselage.[1] Specification:[6]

  • Length: 2.03 m
  • Wingspan: 2.3 m
  • Wing area: 0.8 m2
  • Height: 0.58 m

  • Max speed: 150 km/h
  • Cruise speed: 100 km/h
  • Endurance: 2.5 h
  • Range: 120 km (radius)
  • Ceiling: 5 km
  • Max wind scale allowed for operation: 6
  • Rate of climb: 5 m/s
  • Take-off: Taxiing
  • Landing: Taxiing

White Bird 1A

White Bird (Bai-Niao, 白鸟) 1A is an electrically powered fixed wing micro air vehicle (MAV) developed by PUT and it is in conventional layout without tailplanes. Propulsion is provided by a two-blade propeller driven tractor engine mounted in the nose. Specification:[1]
