Muscleworks therapy is a hybrid of all the holistic therapies (neuromuscular therapy, active release therapy, and myofascial release therapy).

Pain starts when muscle tissue stiffens up and gets stuck to its surrounding environment which restricts movement within the fascia (muscle and its wrapping).

Through muscleworks therapy, the cause of pain is targeted and relieved by un-sticking, stretching and loosening connective tissue (muscle and its wrapping), with the goal of better alignment, ease of movement and greater vitality.
