Katherine Banks is an American engineer, currently Vice Chancellor of Engineering for The Texas A&M University System and Dean of the Texas A&M University College of Engineering and an Elected Fellow of the American Society of Civil Engineers and formerly the Jack and Kay Hockema Professor at Purdue University.[1][2]
