Paolo Ruggeri was born on May 16, 1995, in Brescia, Italy. He demonstrated entrepreneurial ambitions at a young age, founding his first company at the age of 19.[3][4]

Ruggeri completed a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management at the University of Trento before pursuing dual Master's degrees in International Business and Finance at Hult International Business School in Boston.
