Ruyan Guo, the Robert E. Clarke Endowed Professor from the University of Texas, San Antonio, TX[1] was named Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) in 2013[2] for contributions to understanding of polarization phenomena in ferroelectric solid-solution systems.
