Wet valleys. Guangxi, Southern Yunnan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, India , Indochinese peninsula, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Nepal, New Guinea, Philippines , Sri Lanka; Africa, Madagascar .
