Re3 Group is a waste technology company that has developed industrial-scale autoclaving, with a dual autoclave plant in Limerick, Ireland.

The company's process transforms household and commercial waste into biomass fibre as an alternative to fossil fuels. It also recovers recyclables such as metals and plastics as an alternative to landfill and incineration.[1] The process is powered by The Wilson System (TWS) - a steam-based process developed by Tom Wilson.

The company is preparing to introduce plants in United States , South Africa , Canada and the Far East.[citation needed]

The company's CEO, Professor Deborah Boyd, was awarded the 2009 Sustainable Ireland Environment Leader of the Year Award.[2]
