Function

Lysophosphatidylethanolamine (LPE) is an active ingredient of SignaFresh. LPE is much insoluble in water so it is too hard to apply to agricultural use. SignaFresh is a product that is made under LPE technology to handle easily in use. With a pre-harvest spray of a product, the agro products get benefits such as increased size, improved pack out, enhanced color, and longer shelf life.

Uses

It is used to increase the color, sugar content, and storage life of tomatoes, peppers, grapes, cranberry, cherries, and oranges.
