Function

Lysophosphatidylethanolamine (LPE) is an active ingredient of SignaFresh. LPE is much insoluble in water so it is too hard to apply to agricultural use. SignaFresh is a product that is made under LPE technology to handle easily in use. With a pre-harvest spray of a product, the agro products get benefits such as increased size, improved pack out, enhanced color, and longer shelf life.[1]

Uses

It is used to increase the color, sugar content, and storage life of tomatoes, peppers, grapes, cranberry, cherries, and oranges.[2][3]
