Amanotes,[1] founded in 2014 based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, by Võ Tuấn Bình and Nguyễn Tuấn Cường, headquarter at Singapore is a mobile application publisher.[2] Company delivers free music-centric mobile apps for Android and iOS. As of May 2020, apps released by Amanotes were downloaded over 1 billion times.[3][4]

History

Amanotes company was founded by Võ Tuấn Bình and Nguyễn Tuấn Cường in 2014, with the slogan "Everyone can Music". The collaboration of co-founders started form a Facebook group about entrepreneurship in Vietnam.[5] The startup begin with shared vision of co-founder. That was bringing musical interactive experiences to people using technology.[6] They worked on multiple jobs to self-fund the startup until 2020.[7][8]

In September 2017, Magic Tiles 3 was the first successful gaming app by company which ranked on number 2 in United States .[9]

In 2018, 150 million downloads were recorded with team of 30 people by Amanotes applications.[10] Forbes Vietnam magazine’s featured Cuong Nguyen in 30Under30 in February 2020 publication.[11] The major focus of company is building a complete music ecosystem which help publishers, developers, singers, players, and people can enjoy and interact with music in many different ways.[12]

In May 2020, Amanotes apps download reached to 1 billion downloads with 95 million monthly active users, and 15 million daily active users.[13][14]
