Founded in 2018, it started operating in the wine sector, working with Italian[5] and Spanish producers in the prevention of wine fraud and counterfeiting[6]. Besides being active in the Food & Beverage sector[7], today Authena operates in various markets, protecting[8] and tracing crop protection and industrial products, pharmaceuticals[9], perfumes and cosmetics[10]. Authena supports brands in promoting sustainable growth in all these industries to help achieve the eighth Sustainable Development Goal[11] with its anti-counterfeiting solutions
