ONPASSIVE is a global AI-powered technology company that develops marketing, CRM and similar software.[1][2]

ONPASSIVE headquarters in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, specifically in the Burj Khalifa. The company also has locations in USA, India, Singapore, Bangladesh and Egypt.[3]

History

The company was founded in 2018 by Ashraf Mufareh In September 2020, ONPASSIVE opened its first facility in Hyderabad, India.[4]

After its launch in Dubai in March 2022,[4] it announced the opening of its headquarters at Burj Khalifa the following month.[5][6][7][8]

In April 2022, campaign dedicated to launch of the UAE headquarters was introduced with an outdoor marketing campaign, including two projections on Burj Khalifa, where their offices are located and extended to all prominent areas of Dubai, including the media screens in the Dubai Mall.[9]

The company also held four more projections in May 2022, and one more was held in June dedicated to officiall close O-Founder.[10]

In September ONPASSIVE launched its new headquarters in the UAE and has rolled out its crowdfunding platform 'O-Bless'.[5][11][12] .

In November 2022, ONPASSIVE partnered with BeIN Sports, which announced record-breaking cumulative viewership of 5.4 Billion for FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, to sponsor UEFA Champions League and La Liga streaming in Qatar.[13] ONPASSIVE became a part of a programme that included TV engagement, brand awareness and visibility across all BeIN Sports channels, access to 64 matches, 70 million TV subscribers, and 40 million social media.[14] In the same month, ONPASSIVE launched its software products called "O-Mail", "O-Net" and "O-Trim".[15][16]

In January, The Dubai Roads and Transportation Authority granted the naming rights of Al Safa Metro Station to ONPASSIVE. For the next 10 years, the station, located on the red line, will be called ONPASSIVE.[17][18][19][20][21]

In February 2023, Omedia (a subsidiary of OnPassive) signed an agreement with Best Moment Events (a UAE-based events management company) to organize a series of events and concerts for Arab celebrities in the UAE and other Arab countries.[22][23][24]

ONPASSIVE participated in The Global Forum for Women Entrepreneurs 2023, which took place on March 10–11 in Abu Dhabi and was organized by the UAE Businesswomen Council. 350 delegates and representatives from 40 countries participated in the forum, representing different institutions.[25][26]

Operations

The company's main office is located in Dubai, UAE. Tech hub is based in Hyderabad, India. Global offices are located in Singapore and the US, Bangladesh and Egypt.[27]

CEO Ash Mufareh

Ash Mufareh is the founder and CEO of Onpassive. He is also the founder and CEO of GDI Fusion, a company that sells commercial technology products. Before that he was a master Affiliate for Global Domains International Inc. . In 2010, Ash created a marketing company called Ashmax. Ashmax encompasses two different companies GDI (Global Domain International) and Freeway To Success. The company used many similar tactics as they implemented a 5 by 5 matrix , heavy recruiting requirements, and promises of large monthly income. This company did not last long.

In 2012 Ash continued to work in the online marketing world and started to promote TelexFree and Pay diamond. In 2014, The SEC Shut down Telemax as the founders had suffered losses of $3 billion dollars and was credited as a scam.[25] In 2018, Pay diamond was ended and Onpassive was created by ASH.
