Rimac Technology is an automotive manufacturer of components for high-performance vehicles based in Zagreb, Croatia. Its products include drivetrains, battery systems, electronics as well as other automotive parts and systems. The company was formed in 2022 by seperation from Rimac Automobili, becoming a subsidiary of the newly formed Rimac Group (subsidiary of Bugatti Rimac).[1] Apart from developing components for Rimac Automobili and Bugatti Automobiles, its clients also include brands such as Porsche, Hyundai, Koenigsegg, Jaguar Cars, Aston Martin, Ferrari, Mercedes and AMG.[2][3]
In addition to Croatia, it also has an R&D centre in Warwickshire, UK.[4]
In 2023, it announced the production of stationary energy storage units for various applications.[5]
