SeamlessHR is a Nigerian Software as a Service (SaaS) firm. SeamlessHR focuses on providing human resource and payroll technology to African businesses.[1][2][3]

History

SeamlessHR, formerly known as Insidify, was founded in 2017 by Emmanuel Okeleji and Deji Lana as a job aggregation and employer review platform.[4][5][6] The company operates with 200 employees.[7]

On March 25, 2019, Tofino Capital, an investor in emerging market technology companies, made a seed investment of $150,000 to grow the size of SeamlessHR's team, bolster marketing efforts and double down on expansion into Anglophone Africa.[8][9]

In October 2020, SeamlessHR raised an undisclosed seed round investment amount.[10][11] Participating investors in this round include Enza Capital and Ingressive Capital, while it was led by Lateral Capital and Consonance Investment Managers.[11]

The company was reported to have raised $10m in Series A funding led by TLCom Capital in January 2022, to drive expansion and build new products.[12][13][14]

As at June 2022, SeamlessHR is physically operational in Nigeria (headquartered in Lagos) and Kenya and has customers in at least eight African countries.[15]

SeamlessHR partnered with Special Olympics Nigeria to launch Codeable, a corporate social responsibility, initiative to train vulnerable youths in digital skills in 2022.[16]
