Engineering:FYFT E-series unmanned blimp

From HandWiki

FYFT E-series unmanned blimps are Chinese UAVs developed by Qingdao Co., Ltd. Fei-Yu (meaning Flying Universe) Aviation Science and Technology Co., Ltd. (FYFT, 青岛飞宇有限公司), and these unmanned blimps are often named after their respective length. For example: if an E6 series blimp is 7 meter long, then it is named E6-700, because 7 meter is equal to 700 millimeter.

E-series unmanned blimp

E-series unmanned blimps are specifically developed by FYFT for engineering and industrial applications, such as setting up power line. The letter E stands for Engineering. The E-series unmanned blimp consists of two sub-series, the E6 and E7 sub-series.[1]

i-series unmanned blimps

In addition to E-series unmanned blimps, FYFT also developed i-series unmanned blimps, which are primarily used as indoor advertise platforms but they can be used as temporary surveillance platform in velodromes.[3] The letter “i” stands for “indoor”. In contrary to most FYFT unmanned blimps, all of the i-series unmanned blimps are electrically powered.[3]
