Xinying Contingency Responder (Ying-Ji-Zhe or Yingjizhe, 应急者) is the name of a family of Chinese UAVs developed by Guilin Xinying Electronic Science & Technology Co., Ltd. (Xinying, 桂林鑫鹰电子科技有限公司), some of which have since entered service with various Chinese military, paramilitary and law enforcement establishments. In addition, some of models have also been exported abroad to unnamed customer(s) under other the name of other firms. As with all other UAVs of Xinying, Contingency Responder series UAV is also jointly developed by Xinying and Guilin University of Aerospace Technology (GLCAT, 桂林航天工业学院).

Contingency Responder II

Contingency Responder II is a fixed-wing UAV in conventional layout with high-wing configuration and a pair of skids as landing gear. Propulsion is provided by a two-blade propeller driven by a tractor engine mounted in the nose. The UAV is launched via catapult.[1] Contingency Responder II has been deployed in the firefighting operation in Xing'an County in December 2011.[1] Contingency Responder II is currently being upgraded, which has increased payload to 26 kg.[2]

Contingency Responder V

Contingency Responder V is the development of Contingency Responder II, and is in the same conventional layout with high-wing configuration, but with tricycle landing gear. Propulsion is provided by a two-blade propeller driven by a tractor engine mounted in the nose. Specification:[3]
