DescriptionDonald Neil MacCormick Scottish Politics Today.ogg
English: In 2006 Sir Donald Neil MacCormick, Regius Professor of Public Law and the Law of Nations at the University of Edinburgh, Scotland, agreed to an audio recording in a interview format. The question posed to Professor MacCormick was "what is the history of the Scottish Political System and with the re-establishment of a Scottish Parliament, what do you see for its future?" Professor MacCormick gave a highlighted history of Scottish Politics and governance, spoke of his interest and career in the law and in politics, and offered some insight into what he believes to be both the challenges of a fully independent Scotland as well as the rewards. The recording was made by Andrew Galli, a former student of Professor MacCormick, in the School of Law, Old College, South Bridge, Scotland. All rights for use and distribution were given in writing by Professor MacCormick to Andrew Galli who now subsequently releases all rights to the use of this recording to the Public Domain.
