Version notes

31-Dec-2011 version was converted from the original .MOV to an M-JPEG .AVI using Avidemux v2.5.4, an attempt was then made to remove the camera shake using VirtualDub v1.9.11 and Deshaker v3.0 filter (variable zoom in to remove resulting borders, and deleted some blurred frames where the autofocus lost focus), saved as an AVI and converted to Theora/Vorbis OGG using VLC 1.1.11 (there was probably an easier way ;-).
