Description
English: A same-scale visual comparison of nuclear weapons miniaturization: The Mark-III (Fat Man) 1945 implosion bomb (21 kt yield) and the en:W54 1961 implosion bomb (up to 6 kt yield during tests), to the same scale and with their diameters (inchs) indicated.

This is a composite image created by George William Herbert on March 29, 2006. The two source images are US government (Department of Defense / Department of Energy) sources and not subject to copyright. The composite image is licenced freely to Wikipedia and any other user under the Creative Commons Attribution Share-alike license version 2.5.
