Summary
DescriptionRüppell's fox (Vulpes rueppellii).webm
English: Rüppell's fox (Vulpes rueppellii).
This little guy wandered into the compound and had a small crowd watching him. Couldn't figure out why he was on top of the bunkers poking at the sand bags...and then some birds flew out, and I was like..."Oh!"
Now I know why all the sandbags on the top of the bunkers are all torn up. Birds nest in them, and foxes try to get them out. It's the circle of life.
comment: This is a Red Fox, not Rüppell's. Very straigtforward ID as it has black ears. I believe it is subspecies from Arabian peninsula.
