English: Shea Nut from the fruits of the Shea Tree can be used for food, medicine, and cosmetic purposes. It is a source of income for many women in rural Ghana especially Tamale in the Northern Region. Before the final product ex. Shea Butter, the She Nut has to go through a processes that was until recently done manually by hand, This are machines that can help speed the process.
