Bandera apaïsada de proporcions dos d'alt per tres de llarg, groga, amb quatre pals vermells i la torre blanca tancada de negre de l'escut al centre, l'altura de la qual el 86% de la del drap i l'amplada el 26% de la llargària del mateix drap.[1]

Español: Bandera de Torroella de Montgrí, Gerona, España. Bandera de proporciones 2:3, amarilla con cuatro palos rojos y la torre blanca cerrada negra del escudo en el centro, la altura de la cual es del 86% de la de la tela y la anchura del 26% del largo de la misma tela.[2]
