Diabetic stiff hand syndrome, also known as Diabetic cheiroarthropathy, is a disorder in which finger movement becomes limited due to waxy thickening of the skin. It occurs in 8-50% of patients with type 1 diabetes but patients with type 2s can also develop the disorder.[1][2][3]
